The idea is very innovative and useful for customers because it makes the entire process much more convenient and accessible at just one click. Customers can easily check live gold rates in just one click, book rates instantly, and even get information about gold investment schemes without visiting the shop physically.
The chatbot is simple to use, responds quickly, and provides a smooth customer experience. It saves time for both customers and the business while also making the service more modern and professional. The concept of allowing customers to invest in gold schemes directly through WhatsApp is especially impressive and customer-friendly.
