Overview

Scaling warranty sales through partners

HomzDuty needed to sell extended home appliance warranties through a distributed network of partners — but managing commissions, approvals, and multi-level reporting manually was impossible to scale beyond a handful of partners.

Fraudulent warranty claims were creeping in with no automated validation layer. Sub-admins and super-admins had zero visibility into regional performance, making it impossible to identify top performers or fraudulent partners.
